Scope of services
Veritas Middle East provides immigration advisory, consultation and recruitment services in accordance with the signed service agreement between the client and the firm. The precise scope, deliverables and fees are defined in that agreement.
Your responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively, we rely on the accuracy and completeness of information you provide.
- Provide truthful, complete and current information
- Submit required documentation within reasonable timeframes
- Notify us of any changes to personal or professional circumstances
- Respond promptly to communications from our team or the relevant authority
- Comply with the laws and requirements of the destination country
Fees, payments and adjustments
Service fees are agreed in writing before any work begins and are payable in accordance with the schedule set out in the service agreement. Government, embassy and third-party fees are not included in our service fee unless expressly stated.
Any changes in scope may result in adjustments to fees, always agreed in writing prior to execution.
What we cannot guarantee
Immigration outcomes are ultimately determined by the relevant government authority. Veritas Middle East does not guarantee the approval of any visa, permit or application, or the timelines set by immigration authorities.
- Government processing times and eligibility decisions
- Changes to immigration law, policy or fees by authorities
- Delays caused by embassy scheduling or third-party verification
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure)
Confidentiality of your information
All information shared with Veritas Middle East is treated as confidential and used strictly to deliver the agreed services, in line with our Privacy Policy. Information is only disclosed to authorised third parties directly involved in your application, or where required by law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any service agreement between the client and Veritas Middle East are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through the competent courts of Dubai, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
