If an application is officially refused or rejected by the relevant immigration authority, the client may be eligible for a refund according to the agreed terms and conditions.
Refund eligibility will always be assessed in accordance with the signed service agreement and the specific immigration program.
When refunds do not apply
Refunds are not applicable when delays occur due to:
- Government processing times
- Embassy processing
- Immigration authority review periods
- Requests for additional documentation
- Administrative delays outside Veritas Middle East's control
These timelines are determined solely by the relevant authorities.
